think this little darling in a quaint "Early American" print would look a treat in THIS KITCHEN, what say you?

Now, for the instructions.
Materials: 1/2 yard 36 inch wide solid cotton. 3/4 yard 36 inch wide cotton print. 1 package double fold bias tape in contrasting color. Mercerized sewing thread to match.
Cutting: Following cutting diagrams ( the little arrows gals), cut print and plain fabric.
Making: Bind print fabric with bias tape around inside edge (see diamgram "C").
Right sides together, join print fabric to plain gavric at sides and along lower edge.
Sew the bound edges at sides only to the plain fabric, and continue the stitching straight down to lower edge of apron. Also stitch down center to form to pockets.
Make 1/4" hem on long edges of ties and 1" hem at one end of each tie. Fold band in half lengthwise. Pleat tie end' fit into end of waistband; stictch. Trim seam; turn, and press. Gather apron, and attach waistband.
